If my neighbor comes to my house and lies about me in front of my child, I'd kick them out too

It’s not an American app lmfao. It’s Chinese and therefore pro-China and pro-government. You guys need to stop acting like it’s anything like TikTok or Western social media. It has always been very explicitly under Chinese censorship. It’s shitty, yeah, but idk why you’re looking for shoes at the fruit store.

lol，you see with your own eyes on the app that the bad image about China mostly is fake and you are still posting this. If you aren't making a living on anti China properganda, then you are regarded. If your motivation is money, well still sad but understandable

not able to change ID/ user name on red note
I downloaded red note a few days ago, but didn’t open it until today. My friend was able to set up her account just fine, she was able to change her ID/username and set a selfie for her profile photo. But when i try, it gives me this error message “region currently not supported “ when I try to change my ID/username. I also updated my profile photo and it randomly changed itself back to a default photo of a broccoli. I’ve seen others have the same issue. does anyone know how to fix this?

Update: Account Restiction (slightly good ending)
https://preview.redd.it/7gcvzk0k5ulh1.png?width=1125&format=png&auto=webp&s=e378bfb152afdad231021d5d41213382ceab3fd4 Just wanted to make this post to update on my own situation. Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.

Got "forever/permanently banned" on Rednote - pls help
So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😭 For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? 😭💔💔💔

I got shadow banned on rednote and I don't know why
I was just talking to someone then I got banned. I reached out to their customer support but they said I have to fix it in app and they mentioned that they can't disclose the reason why I was banned. I tried appealing twice, but tbh I don't even know what reason I should give except saying" I didn't even know what I did, I was just talking to someone then I got banned" both appeals were rejected. Does anybody know how to fix this? or what to say?

People get banned for "not" speaking mandarin?
I am new to red note. I join groups where hobbyist musicians take turns singing/performing on their musical instruments. I do not know how to speak Mandarin. But I can speak English and Cantonese. One time, the host of the music group said Red Note sent her a warning that the group was speaking too much English. So then everyone quickly switched to Mandarin, at which point, I didn't understand anything other than simple things like "it's your turn to perform". Can someone explain to me what actually happens when you speak English on rednote? Is that a very dangerous ting to do? And what if I speak Cantonese? Some of the groups I join have cantonese speakers. Is speaking Cantonese also very dangerous on red note? I'm not sure what I can or can't do, and what happens if i speak too much english/cantonese. Any insight will help, thank you

Need help finding a creator on rednote
I used to follow real-zhousy on weibo, but her account disappeared. I forgot all about it until she showed up on my pinterest, this time with the rednote ID: 541556782 I downloaded rednote but was unable to find her. (╥﹏╥) Does anyone know if she has a new account or what might have happened to her? I really liked her style and would like to follow her again if possible
