Steps to achieve:

exceptional base - 60 div
chaos spam for T1 spell
fill the prefixes + desecreate the suffix
fractured spell on 1st try (!!!)
removed mods and chaos spam for T1 hit chance / + 6 all Spells - hit T1 hit chane after around 1000 chaos
ancient jawbone + dextral necromancy + abyssal echoes for +6 all spells - on 4th try (!!!)
filled the prefixes
whittling intel for cast speed on 3rd try (!!!)
locked + sanctified - on 1st try (!!!)

Guess I'm done for the league, had a goal to drop a mirror but i think i topped that.

This may be "the way to craft BIS gear" but that is simply ridiculous IMHO.

The fact that everyone thinks this is OK, just fine...just kinda baffles me.

Gratz! Was this 1000 perfect chaos? And perhaps good to mention that if you follow this method and hit maximum mana on the prefix, whittling doesn’t work and you have to annul with a 50% chance to start over. The expensive part here is the prefixes usually!!
