Here are my top recommendations for apps for creating content in 2026. Some are classics, and some are a little more niche to add a bitt of spice to your content:

- Canva: Designing carousel covers, story graphics, thumbnails, media kits, and pretty much any visual content you need.

- Motionleap: To add subtle animations to photos, like moving skies, water, or hair. I don't use it every day, but it's great whento make a post stand out and grab attention.

- Notion: A big help when it comes to planning my content calendar, storing caption ideas, tracking campaigns, and keeping all my content in one place

- CapCut: A classic for editing reels. Add auto captions with eye-catching fonts, transitions, sound effects, overlay video and photo clips, and get creative with it

CapCut and Canva are absolute staples for me too. For something a bit different, have you tried using Adobe Express? It’s surprisingly good for quick templates if you’re tired of the usual Canva designs.

One week it's short videos then it's carousels then someone says posting less gets better reach every time I think I've figured something out it feels like the rules change again.
