See I downloaded this app in 2025 via my email. I accidently uninstalled it and now it's no where in the playstore app. I have downloaded the apk file but it shows the sign in via phone. Can someone please help me get my account back! I'm really crying right now!

Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.
4So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😭 For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? 😭💔💔💔
Hey guys not sure if I’m the only person who’s been randomly restricted. I have no violations on my account yet I was just randomly restricted an required to do a security protection verification. I should also add that this would be impossible for me to complete considering I am from another country.
Only asking because I get the same popup that happens when you directly share or download an image or video.
Earlier this year, my account was locked for clicking a link that goes outside of xhs, I can still like and scroll but I can't comment nor send messages anymore 😔 I've done the real name verification a week or so ago now and it says it's been completed but my account still seems "locked" I've learned my lesson, please let me back in now 😭 any and all help appreciated c:
