I have a Facebook page with 8.1k followers through clipping. How can I start earning money from it?

Hi, everyone! I currently manage a Facebook page that has around 8,100 followers, which I gained through clipping content. The page has been growing, and I'm now interested in finding ways to monetize it and potentially turn it into a source of income.

I'm wondering if there are other ways to earn money from a Facebook page with this number of followers, or if I should just focus on growing the page and wait until Facebook makes it eligible for monetization.

For those who have experience managing Facebook pages or earning through content creation, I would really appreciate your advice.

with 8.1k followers and consistent videos u should already have monetization enabled and be making some money just from views. if it’s not enabledit’s most likely because the content isn’t actually yours and you’re just clipping (stealing) and reposting other people’s content

forget about brand deals or at least any good and profitable ones. your best option is probably affiliate links and trying to sell whatever merch fits your niche

I am(21M) we are 4 members in my family my younger sister and my parents . My mom runs a small shop and my father too. We all have smartphones except my mom. Over 5 years we are using phones. But my don't have a smartphone or any phone she doesn't even know how to use it. At the night when father comes home and she too then she watch some serial in phone. I noticed she is more happier than 3 of us. She is extremely focused on her work and doesn't complain for anything and handle all the situation very wisely. She knows the real world and not influenced by the fake social media world.

Deleting all social media, best decision ever

No you cannot keep up with me, you will not know anything about my life or see updates with my appearance. I used to have a little following and after Covid maybe 2023 I had a realization about family & “friends” when I would take breaks they would say “You haven’t posted in a while” or they would question why I deleted or temporarily deleted profiles. But I noticed we barely had conversations on phone or texting… just them watching me online. Now I am permanently gone there is no photos of me on the internet if you want to see me or talk to me you will have to call me or reach out in some way.l or be reciprocal when I reach out. I am not an image on the internet I am a human being with a beating heart. Also after receiving stalking or weird jealousy about photos even though my whole life I was told because of my height and “ beauty” that I should be a model but once I tried it made people call me conceited or XYZ, like no…all of you guys overly talk about my appearance since I was a child constantly so I tried to do what everyone said my whole life and all it did was cause a rift due to me receiving attention. I don’t want internet fame or to be observed online. Something else is I had this happen a few times where men would take my innocent selfies NO CLEAVEDGE NO SKIN showing and I would be the green screen and them videoing themselves jacking off to me. All of social media is disturbing it makes people compare themselves and be weird and perverted that’s all. 3 years no social media 💪 join the wave

Why all the platform of social media are US based.

I feel like there is a lot of US content regardless of which platform from online.. it feels like we are just watching Americans...all the other countries are doing so much but none of it is show cased I dont know how it is relatable but this is really weird...90% of the the social I cosume is USA made content i dont understand why or how is it because the social media are mainly from US or just they are not universal...got to think about this and qusstion..let me know if you have felt the same... Je m'intéresse à ce sujet puisque que je viens du milieu des médias et je me questionne sur l'importance que ça peut avoir dans la vie des gens aujourd'hui. **La construction de son identité:** Il est facile de partager ses projets, ses intérêts et sa personnalité. Ce que nous sommes, ce que nous montrons et ce que les autres perçoivent peuvent aussi être très différents dépendamment de comment on choisit de se présenter. Et si vous ne souhaitez pas être visible, que devenez-vous aux yeux des autres? **Le renforcement social:** Il est possible de faire des liens avec des personnes que nous n'aurions pas rencontrées autrement. Et aussi de renforcer les liens dans notre cercle d'amis. **Le mélange vie professionnelle et privée :** Il peut devenir difficile de savoir jusqu'où montrer notre vie, surtout quand tous les abonnés peuvent voir notre contenu. Ex: lorsque vous avez un poste à hautes responsabilités, il peut devenir difficile de savoir comment se montrer. **La pression d'être visible:** Choisir de ne pas publier peut donner l'impression d'être moins présent socialement alors que ce n'est pas nécessairement le cas. Penser que l'on peut manquer des opportunités de rencontres dans notre vie dû à un manque de présence en ligne est un fait qui peut aussi donner envie d'être plus visible. Tout cela m'amène à repenser l'importance que nous accordons à l'image, l'image de nous-mêmes, de notre vie et de l'importance d'avoir des choses à montrer. Pour certains, ça peut aussi devenir stressant d'être constamment entouré d'un monde si exposé. La question n’est peut-être pas seulement de savoir s’il faut être présent ou absent, mais plutôt de réfléchir à la place que nous souhaitons leur accorder dans la construction de notre vie sociale et de notre identité.
