Built an idea to turn Instagram and YouTube comments into structured audience insights, feedback wanted

Hey everyone, working on something called Comment IQ and want real feedback before going further.

You connect your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X accounts. It pulls comments from your own posts and reels, and when you open a post you get a clean breakdown instead of scrolling through hundreds of comments one by one.

Right now it does two things. It guesses a male/female split of commenters based on display names (not real data, since the platforms don't give you that, just a rough directional read). And it groups comments by topic so you see themes like praise, complaints, questions, and requests, instead of reading everything individually.

It's aimed at creators and small social teams who get more comments than they can realistically read but still want to know what people are actually saying.

Genuinely curious: would you use this, does the topic grouping matter more than the gender split, and what would you pay monthly if it worked well?

Not selling anything, just trying to figure out if this is worth building further.

Anyone started a paid community??

Hey everyone, I have around 25 000 subscribers on YouTube and 10k on instagram. I’m barely generating any revenue from like ads, but my community is very engaged. I’ve been recommended starting a paid community on like [Meplio](https://meplio.com/) or [Skool](https://www.skool.com/) has anyone actually made any money like this? Thank you!

Does posting consistently actually matter if the content isn't great?

I’ve always wondered how much consistency really matters compared with simply posting less often but having something genuinely useful or interesting to say. There seems to be a lot of pressure to post every day now. For people who actually manage social accounts, what have you seen work better: posting frequently, or posting only when you have something worth putting out? And has that changed depending on the platform?

Sharing my learnings and hoping to learn more from you!

i've recently started posting more on social media (professionally for work), but i find it quite challenging. i talked to some friends in the industry and wanted to share some learnings, and most importantly, also to learn from all of you. a few learnings: 1. **post consistently**. it helps a lot with building up the profile, and sometimes, there'll be that 1 post that will just randomly get favored by the algorithm. posting consistently helps increasing the odds for that to happen. 2. **content scheduling**. personally, i find it hard to post consistently because it takes a lot of time to prepare for content. so, i've been trying to get into rhythm of building up better schedule so that i can batch prepare content, and schedule the posts. 3. **iterate on the content format**. keep trying out different format, and if something works, double down on it. if not, then take a step back. what have you tried? what's working and what's not?

HR pros, business owners, etc, what do you do, or have you done, when people call about what an employee posts online?

Quite often people claim they will go to a poster’s employer when the poster posts a controversial item. Are these just empty threats or do people legitimately contact employers. If so, what do you do about it?
