all three platforms support adding team members without sharing your password. the key is making sure your accounts are set up as business/professional accounts first, because personal accounts dont always have those collaboration features
A lot of marketers are still making content for the version of social media that existed 4 years ago. Polished graphics. Perfect branding. Overplanned content calendars. Safe hooks. And then they wonder why nobody watches. Meanwhile the creators growing fastest are filming in their car, reacting to something they saw 10 minutes ago, and pulling 500k+ views with barely any editing. The gap between “professional looking” content and effective content has never been bigger. One thing that completely changed how I approach content was studying creators that are actively breaking through not the already famous ones with massive built in audiences. And once you start analyzing enough breakout posts, certain patterns become painfully obvious. Most viral content feels immediate. Not overproduced. Not corporate. Not “approved by 4 people in Slack.” Immediate. It feels like a real opinion, a real reaction, a real observation, a real emotion. That’s why reaction style content works so well right now. A contractor reacting to bad renovation videos. A fitness coach reacting to terrible workout advice. A marketer reacting to cringe ad campaigns. People don’t just want information anymore. They want perspective. Another thing I’ve noticed: most creators waste energy trying to be everywhere at once. TikTok. Reels. YouTube Shorts. LinkedIn. X. And they end up building nothing anywhere. The creators growing fastest usually dominate one format first. Because every platform rewards people who deeply understand pacing, hooks, audience behavior, and native style. You don’t learn that by spreading yourself thin. Also, almost nobody has a content creation problem anymore. They have a research problem. There’s already an insane amount of winning content patterns out there. The problem is most people study random viral posts, copy huge creators too late, chase trends after they peak, and miss why something actually worked. The fix is boring but it works: track creators suddenly blowing up, spot hooks repeating across platforms, notice formats migrating from TikTok to Reels to Shorts, and catch content styles gaining momentum before saturation. I’ve been using SHunt for exactly this. Not for inspiration just to see what’s gaining traction before it peaks. Once you see enough breakout content, you realize virality is way more pattern based than most people think.
I've just watched this docu 'Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere' on Netflix that dived into a truly dark corner of the internet a.k.a *the manosphere.* It is honestly shocking to see how social media has let men with deeply misogynistic, oppressive views build such massive platforms. Plus, a lot of these creators have audiences made up of minors. Do we need stricter age restrictions on social media to protect younger users? This is genuinely corruption. How might this affect the next generation of men? And more importantly, how do we push back against it?
I feel like there is a lot of US content regardless of which platform from online.. it feels like we are just watching Americans...all the other countries are doing so much but none of it is show cased I dont know how it is relatable but this is really weird...90% of the the social I cosume is USA made content i dont understand why or how is it because the social media are mainly from US or just they are not universal...got to think about this and qusstion..let me know if you have felt the same... P.S. if this is illuminati please make me famous and money...
Hi! Is it unprofessional for supervisor to have a public personal instagram account? There is basic normal pictures of me, my husband and dog, some humor things and what podcasts/music I listen to. So it's just a basic personal account, but often I see supervisors with private accounts... So what thoughts on that?
I've been looking at social traffic reports more closely lately, and I keep running into the same problem: a platform can look successful while doing almost nothing for the business. Lots of impressions and clicks, but very few people stick around, return, enquire or buy. I used to compare platforms mostly by sessions and CTR. Now I'm more interested in whether the post and landing page make the same promise, and what people actually do after the click. I'm also not sure it makes sense to judge every network the same way. Someone arriving from LinkedIn may be researching a business problem. An Instagram visitor may need a shorter, more visual path before they're ready to act. The difficult part is deciding when there's enough evidence to stop investing in a channel. Low volume makes the data noisy, but "awareness is hard to measure" can also become an excuse to keep doing something that isn't working. Have you ever stopped using a platform that was sending plenty of traffic because the visitors were the wrong fit? What convinced you?
i went viral. 4.5million views last week. how? or more like how tf can you or your companies or your employees do this? I've been posting content consistently for 2 years, and this is my blueprint. Your content is mainly formats, subjects, and user value. in that order. 1. Format - steal your formats from other accounts that are doing well right now. For my account, before & afters work best, followed by 4-part transformation videos. Followed by talking to the camera storytimes. \*once you find a video format that works keep using it ver and over until you literally hit 1M views or followers. If its working, keep doing it. duh.\* 2. subjects - what is your video about? pick 1 subject and every video is a slight variation of that. mine is my transformation story. ("I went into the hospital for psychosis, after that I got super depressed, then I knew I wanted to make a change, so I founded my company \[name redacted\] and focused on trying to build a life.") 3. user value - why tf would anyone watch you? they dont care about you, they care about themselves. Are you showing something they need to see? Giving unique/accurate/useful advice? Offering a valuable shift in perspective? Connecting them to resources? (My personal approach to user value is to give it all away for free. Leave it all on the floor. If I know something of value to you I will simply tell you for free and generously. If my app is good, you will use it. If my content is good, you will follow me without me needing to do any bamboozling). So there is it! Format, Subject, User Value is my high level blueprint. I can break down how i researched and decided on my specific styles for each if anyone finds that interesting. My next post on this subject will me how I read my analytics to decide what content to post/not post.
