Update: Account Restiction (slightly good ending)

Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.

Got "forever/permanently banned" on Rednote - pls help
So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😠For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? ðŸ˜ðŸ’”💔💔

Hey guys not sure if I’m the only person who’s been randomly restricted. I have no violations on my account yet I was just randomly restricted an required to do a security protection verification. I should also add that this would be impossible for me to complete considering I am from another country.

Foreigners using Rednote: How can i post?
This seem like a stupid question but its driving me crazy. Im registering using a spain mobile number. After my account is created i can access to all function but not posting. Every time i post it just shows 0 impression: Im "shadow banned" for some reason. I tried seeking help in the customer service chatbot but its all AI and not helpful at all. I have sent an email to xiaohongshu, but that was no use too...they created some ticket for my account (i can see inside 申诉ä¸å¿ƒ) but nothing made any progress. HELP!

Tips for not getting banned
I’m considering dowloading xhs. I would literally just save things, use it as a 2nd Pinterest. I wouldn’t comment, dm, post, even like posts. I literally js want the inspo. I’d use mandarin and I wouldn’t save too quickly. I just need tips as to how I can’t get banned.

Changed regions for promoting post
Having a weird problem, I used to be able to get to this 'boost' screen in English. Like I could promote my posts and pay using red coins.. But then I clicked "boost" again and it all went into Chinese. I tried logging in from a different device, using a fresh new account, all the same problem. It's like Rednote somehow changed my region, and now I can't go back
